Expect to be greeted by Nigerian Dwarf Goats at Etiquette Coffee in the Downtown L.A. Art District when you arrive for your morning Yoga session taught by a certified yoga instructor.

Our fun-loving, friendly goats will help move you into the present moment, opening your heart, widening your smile, deepening your stretch, strengthening your core & testing your balance as they weave through class interacting with each participant.

Post-work-out, stick around for a goat photo sesh + one Etiquette Coffee drink (included with admission).

Schedule:

• 9:00 am - 9:15 am Goat Yoga check-in, meet the goats

• 9:15 am - 10:15 am goat yoga class in session

• 10:15 am -10:30 am post-workout ghoto shoot

• 10:30 Order your Etiquette Coffee drink from the counter (included with admission)

• 10:30 - 11:00 am check-in for the Mixed Media Goat Art Workshop & order your Etiquette Coffee drink (included with admission)

• 11 am - 11:45 am art techniques instruction

• 11:45 - 1 pm create your own goat-themed art using the techniques you've learned

• 1 pm goats go BAAH-bye!
