Our baby Nigerian Dwarf goats will open your heart, widen your smile, deepen your stretch & strengthen your core while they roam the class interacting with each student.

Jocelyn encourages her students to have fun while exploring the benefits of connecting mind, body and breath awareness. All levels Hatha Yoga. An especially good class for first-timers.
